It’s time for An Evening Under the Stars

On Thursday, June 18th, 2026 with the feeling of summer in the air, more than 200 friends and community leaders will come together for our exceptional outdoor gala. It’s fun. It’s elegant and yet relaxed.

Beginning at 5:30pm, we will gather in that beautiful, clear-roofed tent with chandeliers. There will be sun dresses and summer jackets, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. A gourmet barbecue and dessert bar will follow, with live music, a special performance, and an exclusive auction

The event will be hosted by Joan and Paul Waechter (pictured here) on their private property in north Mono. It’s a wonderful gala and Dufferin Community Foundation’s premier event of the year.

Tickets are $275/person (with a $125 charitable tax receipt)

Tables of 8 are $2,200 (with a $1,000 charitable tax receipt)
